About me

I started practicing Tai chi chuan (style yang) in the 90s with the Grandmaster Li Rong Mei at the Ewa-Wushu European Academy in Rome. I am a CSI instructor (state certificate) and I regularly take part in training courses every year.

I attended the seminars organized by the Academy in Rome, Cervia, Tremiti Islands, Milan, Modena and Bari. I obtained the title of technical teacher 1st level and coach 1st Duan, both recognised by CONI (Italian National Olympic Committee).

I practice the first forms 8-16-24-40-42, the traditional yang form of Beijing 85. I also practice the sword forms (jian) 8-16-32-42 and the fan form (shan) 48.

I learned the basics of Ba Guazhang (palm of the eight trigrams). In addition I started practicing Qigong (the 5 animals) with the G.M. Li Rong Mei and Master Li Xiao Ming (director of the Beijing University Qi Gong Research Center), from whom I also learned Chinese massage techniques.

I currently collaborate with various cultural associations and gyms in Bari and volunteer at AUSER (University of the Third Age).

Recently I started to teach taiji shuì (taijiquan in water).
